Let me preface this by saying I LOVE that she uses and recommends using washcloths (she calls them Flannels - she is a British beauty expert, after all) with her skin care routine!
I agree with everything she said, about how washcloths help get your face clean, how you should have enough washcloths for a week to use for each cleaning, how you should toss them in the wash after using them and to stay away from using fabric softeners...
HOWEVER, when she says Any Flannel (aka Washcloth / Face cloth) will do?
I have to respectfully disagree.

Back in the day, I did use just any old washcloths, but they definitely did more harm than good to my skin. Traditional washcloths and even baby washcloths caused irritation and redness to my sensitive skin. Using traditional washcloths on my face was just something I could not do, without damage left behind.
