WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Once your order and payment have been submitted, we will begin processing your order and preparing it for shipment. In the event that there is a problem with your payment, you will be contacted by email.
Every effort is made to process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow us 1-3 days to prepare your package and get it ready for shipment.
SHIPPING
Once your package is ready to ship, you will be notified by email. Most orders ship via USPS and will include a tracking number, for your convenience.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If there is a problem with your address, it will delay shipment. Please note there are no refunds if your address is not correct and items have already shipped.
If for some reason you do not receive your package within 7 days past the shipment date, please contact us immediately so we can track your package.

*If your country is not on our list of Paypal options, please contact us to see if we can ship to your country. Please review the list of countries we currently ship to.
*If your country does not allow our product to be imported into your country due to import restrictions, we will have to cancel the sale and refund your full purchase price. We apologize if this happens.
SHIPPING TIMES: Shipping times vary by country from 1-6 weeks. Our hope is that your package always arrives in a timely manner.
FEES: Overseas customers are responsible for any and all duties, customs fees, charges, VAT taxes, import duties, etc. incurred as a result of this purchase and/or receipt of shipment. Check with your local postal service to inquire about your country's fees.
DELIVERY: Once your package has been shipped it is under the care of your country's customs screening and your local mail delivery systems. It is always our hope that your package arrives safely and in good condition.
If you have been waiting for an unreasonable length of time to receive your package, please contact us so we can see where it is in transit. In some cases, it may take 6 - 8 weeks to determine where your shipment is.
If you package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contents and contact us immediately. Our policy is to make sure you receive your product as promised.
